As a pioneer in revenue security, EZDRM is strengthening its commitment to content integrity by actively supporting the vital C2PA (Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity) initiative and offering tools that seamlessly enable use of provenance data within content workflows. EZDRM is introducing its new Video Signature Service that enables signed C2PA provenance metadata to be dynamically applied to VOD and live streams. Additionally, EZDRM is launching the Provenance Signature Vault which facilitates authors to reinforce their content's provenance assertions through a robust cloud provenance repository.
As AI-generated media, deepfakes, and content manipulation become more sophisticated, the need for authentic, verifiable digital content has never been greater. C2PA (Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity) offers a solution by enabling metadata with cryptographic signatures to be embedded in media files, asserting their origin and integrity.
The EZDRM Provenance Signature Vault extends this framework and ensures that provenance metadata is securely stored in a separate, trusted location outside of the immediate media file or container. This hosted manifest model is based on the C2PA framework.

The EZDRM Video Signature Service extends the base standards framework to offer scalable, real-time provenance embedding that is compatible with typical video production workflows and consumer video players.
Through the combined use of manifest-based and hosted C2PA metadata, EZDRM empowers devices to initiate media playback immediately, eliminating delays associated with provenance verification. Signature chain validation and authenticity checks occur concurrently with playback, ensuring a seamless viewer experience while upholding robust content trust.
This architecture is particularly valuable in high-security workflows—such as premium video streaming, enterprise media management, and digital news distribution—where persistent trust in content identity is critical across the entire content lifecycle.
