Volume Licensing
Volume licensing prices, including unlimited plans, are available. If your account will require more than 20k licenses/mo. please contact us to discuss volume pricing discounts and how we can make your DRM integration as smooth and as seamless, as possible.
Technical Support
Additional Technical Support Packages are available for all EZDRM customers. Please note that Standard Support is only available to EZDRM Basic customers (it is included in all packages above the Basic level). The fee for Technical Support packages will be added on to your monthly bill. If you choose more than 1 DRM package (Universal and FairPlay, for example), there is no need to purchase separate support plans. The support package you choose will apply to your account as a whole, not the technology options chosen.

Pricing FAQs
If you would like to start with a POC account, please fill out the POC account request form. We will get back to you within 24 hours with all of the information you will need to start testing your solution.
Once you decide to evaluate any of our services, you can request a limited free Proof of Concept (POC) Account. POC accounts include ALL the features of each of the offered pricing plans, and will help you make a final determination of which features are of greatest value to you. Once the POC period is over, you will be asked to confirm your choice of plans and features.
At the end of your POC period EZDRM will contact you to remind about confirming the commercial services required. Once you select these services you need, the regular billing cycle will start. All of the development and setup with that you did during the trial period will remain intact. We will never cancel your POC account without notice. For more detailed information, contact the support team.
Yes, you can. Our plans are all based on month-to-month terms. You are free to cancel the selected plan anytime you wish. Once you decide to cancel the current plan, we will not charge you for the next period. If you decide to upgrade to a higher plan, we will charge the difference in setup fees. There are no setup fee refunds, should you decide to downgrade. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.
If you do not decide to purchase our services by the time the POC period ends, your account will deleted. You can recover it by electing to purchase any of the offered plans. All data from your personal account will remain intact for a period of 6 months after the POC expiration. If you do not make a purchase after that time, all data will be deleted.
We do not offer student or non-profit discounts. Our pricing scheme is designed to be affordable for for-profit and not-for-profit business structures. . Iff you believe that you have a special situation, please contact our team and let us know more details of the approach you require.
