Key ID return:

This feature gives you access to the KeyId of the media right before the license is issued for a media file. Available for Digital Rights management (DRM) version 10 only.
Monthly Fee: $19.99
Setup Fee: none

Pre-Deliver Licensing:

This feature allows you to pre deliver a license for a media file as shown in the Pre-Deliver Demo.
Only available to Pro users: included in the Pro Account package.
Only available for drm version 7 and up (Windows/IE end users)

Technical Support Packages

Additional Technical Support Packages are available for both EZDRM Pro and EZDRM Basic customers. Please note that Standard Support is only available to EZDRM Basic customers. The fee for Technical Support packages will be added on to your monthly bill.

Standard Support:
