Additional Technical Support Packages are available for all EZDRM customers. Please note that Standard Support is only available to EZDRM Basic customers (it is included in all packages above the Basic level). The fee for Technical Support packages will be added on to your monthly bill. If you chose more than 1 DRM package (Adobe and WMDRM, for example), there is no need to purchase separate support plans. The support you chose will apply to your account, not the technology.
